The short version: give 48 hours to change or cancel, come as you are, and pay in person. Here is everything in full — Addison keeps it simple on purpose.

Booking & payment

Appointments run Monday to Friday, 9–6, by appointment. Online booking opens times up to about a month ahead and needs at least 48 hours’ notice — for anything sooner, or a time outside those hours, message Addison and she will try to fit you in directly.

There is no online payment and no card on file. Every service is paid in person at your visit, and prices are settled then. Listed prices and times are approximate and padded so nothing feels rushed.

Cancellations & no-shows

Life happens — just give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule and there is no charge. For now, the fastest way to change a booking is to message Addison (self-service reschedule links are on the way).

A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, or a no-show, may be charged half the service price, paid in person at your next visit. Nothing is charged online.

After two no-shows, online booking may be paused. It is not personal — a solo book only holds so many hours, and held time that goes empty can’t be given to someone else.

Running late

There is a 15-minute grace window. Past that, Addison will do what she can, but the set may need to be shortened to protect the next client’s time. Arriving 30 minutes late or more counts as a no-show, and the slot may be released.

First visits

New clients get a little extra time so there is room to talk through what you want. You will also be asked to fill in a short health & allergy form before you arrive. Returning? You will just be asked what has changed since last time.

Allergies & patch tests

Booking includes a required allergy question — please answer it honestly, even for something minor. If you have ever reacted to a gel, acrylic, or adhesive, a 48-hour patch test before your appointment is recommended. It will not block you from booking; Addison will simply follow up to arrange one.

Removals & other salons’ work

Addison works over her own previous work only — she will not soak off or file down another salon’s product, since she can’t vouch for what is underneath. Booking asks whether you currently have product on your nails and adds the removal time automatically as an add-on.

Aftercare

To keep a fresh set looking its best:

  • Use cuticle oil daily — it keeps the nail and skin flexible and the finish looking new.
  • Avoid long water soaks for about 24 hours — no baths, pools, or hot tubs while everything fully cures.
  • Wear gloves for cleaning, dishes, and gardening — harsh products are the fastest way to lift a set.
  • If anything lifts, chips, or catches, message within about 72 hours and Addison will sort it out.

After-hours & special requests

Need a time outside Mon–Fri 9–6 — an early morning, an evening, or a one-off event set? Those are by request: message Addison on Instagram and she will arrange it with you directly rather than through the online calendar.
